RESENDING RESULTS TO A PATIENT

Navigate to the ImageMover web portal on a desktop computer or laptop. 

  1. Login and select the Subjects tab on the left side of the screen.

  2. Choose from most recent test subjects or search by last name or date of birth to select the test subject.

  3. Hover the mouse over the desired test subject and click the “Edit” pencil that will appear on the right.

  4. Scroll to the Results section at the bottom of the Subject Details page.

  5. Locate the result you want to resend to the patient.

  6. To immediately resend the result to a patient, hover over the result and click the paper airplane icon that will appear on the right. 

    1. Note: If your organization is not on version 5.6 or above, this icon might not be available. Contact ImageMover to see if you’re eligible for an upgrade. 

  7. To send the patient their result as a PDF or print the result for the patient, click the printer icon. 

    1. Note: Make sure the patient consents to receiving their results as a PDF before sending them. Sending a PDF electronically may not be secure.

  8. Additionally, you can update the patient's contact preference on the same page under Contact Info and this will update the preference for all future tests as well.
