The demand for clinical services, including point-of-care testing (POCT) services, in pharmacy settings has significantly increased in recent years. Every indication points to this trend continuing, which means removing barriers to pharmacy service delivery is crucial.

The FDA responded to this need with the creation of their Diagnostic Data Program. Their aim is to address and eliminate key barriers to capture the full potential of diagnostic data.

Workflow Services will provide the FDA with diagnostic testing data from pharmacy settings. Our goal is to increase accessibility and implementation of POCT and low-acuity healthcare services to meet the increasing demand. Access to this data will also provide actionable information related to viruses’ location and spread, empowering early intervention to minimize transmission and suppress outbreaks.
